Returns & Refund
Furniture Super Mart has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Products must be returned unopened and in its original packaging to be transported safely. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Damages:
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately or within 7 days of receiving the item if defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue. Due to stock levels and delivery scheduling, please allow up to 14 days.Exceptions / non-returnable items
Damages or wear caused by usage is exempt. Change of mind if the product has been opened and used cannot be returned. Faults or defects that are caused by customer usage is unfortunately not accepted.Exchanges
Exchanges are excepted if you have not yet received your product and it is still stored in our Dandenong warehouse, the fastest way to ensure your swap or exchange for a different product is to visit our showroom. If a product was custom made for you to your specifications, or has been ordered specifically for you via third party, a swap may still be applicable less 30% of the deposited made. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved (ensuring it is in its unopened original packaging). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 14 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank to process and post your refund. If more than 15 business days have passed and you still have not received your funds, please contact us at sales@furnituresupermart.com.au or on (03) 97915958.Change of Mind

Delivery Charges
